Area of room inner side= 10 ×10 =100sq.ft

Area of tile = 2 × 2 =4sq.ft

Number of tile= area of room inner side/area of tile

Skirting Length = 2 ×(Length of room +width of room)-3′

Total Area of tile= 100ft + 12.33ft

Total Area of tile= 112.33

Percent age of wastes =8%
